What are the consulting projects offered at UBC Sauder School of Business?

 

There is a local Consulting project right after the foundational module with a real company and then there's an international Consulting project called Global immersion where you will ask the works on a Consulting project for an international company in a different country where firstly you would consult for the company, you know local, you know abroad while you still doing your courses in Vancouver and then you will go abroad and meet the company's stakeholders.

How does the UBC Sauder School of Business prepare graduates for the management consulting roles?

If you are a competitive candidate for consulting you should have scored a 700 on the GMAT test.  UBC Sauder School of Business has a special program called the Strategic Management Consulting mentorship. This program is run by Alumni in the consulting firms and this is a very special kind of a four week boot camps that students can go into in the MBA program. If you pass this bootcamp, you're actually guaranteed first round interviews with all the consulting big fours.
